Originally hosted on every second Sunday of the month — SSSH/Second Sunday Sock Hop, created by Westen Borghesi — at the time, was the most influential dance party in Austin that went on for almost 11 years! It hasn’t been a regular event since 2016, but due to popular demand, we are bringing it back every ONCE in a BLUE MOON (literally and figuratively). The actual lunar event of a blue moon happens every three or four years, which will be the only time we will bring this event back to the dance floor of Austin’s Shangri-La — the venue who hosted us for six years! Along with the original Sock Hop DJs, we will have a handful of great guests! Indoors and outdoors and absolutely FREEEEE!!!!
